These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and 98PKR when you register, deposit, or use the platform in any capacity. Read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Who May Use 98PKR

Access to 98PKR is restricted to certain users. By registering, you represent and warrant the following.

You are 18 years of age or older

You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited

You are registering as an individual, not as a representative of a company or automated system

You have not previously been banned or suspended from 98PKR under any account

2. One Account Per Person

98PKR operates a strict one-account policy with consequences for violations.

Each individual may maintain only one active 98PKR account at any time

Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in all accounts involved being permanently closed

Balances associated with duplicate accounts will not be returned

If you believe a second account was created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately

3. Identity and Payment Verification

We may ask you to verify who you are at any point during your account lifecycle.

Identity verification requires government-issued documentation such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport

Payment method verification may require proof that the account used for deposits belongs to you personally

Withdrawals above certain thresholds trigger mandatory verification before funds are released

Accounts that fail to pass verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended until documentation is provided

4. Deposits

The following conditions apply to all funds deposited into 98PKR.

Deposits must be made from accounts or wallets registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of depositing and may vary by payment method

98PKR does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges

Deposits are non-refundable once gameplay has begun, except in cases of verified technical error

5. Withdrawals

Accessing your funds is subject to the conditions below.

Withdrawals are only sent to payment methods previously used to deposit — this is a fraud prevention requirement

Bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted

We reserve the right to perform enhanced verification on any withdrawal request we consider unusual

Processing times vary by payment method and account verification status — completed verification speeds up future withdrawals

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and offers are governed by additional terms.

Each promotional offer carries specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and expiry dates — these are published with each offer

Bonuses are awarded at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time if we determine they were claimed in bad faith

Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted

Players who exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated claim strategies — will be permanently banned

7. Fair Play Standards

All players are expected to compete and participate in good faith.

Using automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to play games is strictly prohibited

Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes is a permanent ban offense

Exploiting software bugs rather than reporting them is treated as a breach of these terms

Harassment of other players or support staff — in any language or format — will result in account action

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content is protected.

The 98PKR logo, app design, game assets, and written content are the proprietary property of 98PKR or its licensors

Screen recording, redistribution, or reproduction of platform content for commercial purposes is prohibited without written consent

Feedback or suggestions submitted to 98PKR may be used to improve the platform without any obligation to the submitting player

9. Account Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to take account action when necessary.

Accounts may be suspended temporarily during investigations into potential fraud or policy violations

Permanent closure follows confirmed violations of these terms — notice may not be given in advance if the violation is active

Players may request their own account closure at any time; pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalized

Accounts inactive for an extended period may be archived in accordance with our data retention policy

10. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be revised.

We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date

For major changes, registered players will receive in-app or email notification

Continued use of 98PKR after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms

If you disagree with any change, you may request account closure before the new terms take effect
